Ways to Prevent Food Poisoning
1. Washing Utensils: Always wash all the utensils carefully which you will need to prepare a food. Clean the cook top where the vegetables or other ingredients will be kept or chopped. You can also use disinfectant sprays before washing. But remember to wash it carefully after spraying the chemical substances.
2. Wash Vegetables and fruits: Before cooking wash the vegetables and fruit very carefully to avoid chemical poisoning. Nowadays, a lot of insecticides and pesticides are used in vegetables and fruits. So, if they are not washed properly you may be a victim of inhaling these dangerous chemical substances.
