Doctors say that if a food is kept 2 hours in room temperature it becomes disposable as the bacterial growth in this foods starts. So after buying them from markets immediately rush to home and keep them inside refrigerator. 4. Avoid eating at workplaces: Never eat at your study table, computer table or office tables because you clean them very often. Start using dining tables. Actually places which we don’t clean frequently are prone to bacterial attacks.
