9. Avoid old foods: Avoid eating very old foods which are made 4-5 days ago if still it is kept in refrigeration. The foods which are cooked some days ago may contain fungus if it is still kept in cool temperature. So avoid eating such type of foods.
10. Washing Hands: Wash your hands carefully before preparing a food. Take your time while washing your hands, don’t be in a hurry. You should use soap or any other hand washing products.
