Despite vitamin A carrots contain vitamin B, which helps building and secretion of chemicals known as neurotransmitters. The nervous system depends on neurotransmitters in the transmission of messages to the brain, particularly those related to mood, hunger and sleep.

2. Yoghurt

Yoghurt is rich in vitamin B12, also known as vitamin for memory which only presents in foods from animal origin. This vitamin facilitates the function of nerves, and except in yogurt, vitamin B12 can be found in cheese, salmon, beef and crustacean.

3. Spinach

The best food for brain health is spinach. It is rich in antioxidants,  and it also contains many vitamins and minerals.
