4. Green tea

Green tea is not only a great source of antioxidants, but also contain significant amounts of caffeine, which is a good substitute for coffee. Caffeine improves meditative function, focus and concentration. Antioxidants can be found in coffee and chocolate , but they are not as strong as they are strong in green tea.

5. Eggs

This  is also well-known that eggs are good for our brain. Choline, which improves the memory can be found in eggs, especially in egg whites.
