5. EAT HEALTHY
Your eating habits could also control your mood swings. Eat healthy and eat proteinous meals and less of carbohydrates to regulate your blood sugar levels and mood swings. Avoid starving yourself also; you’d easily fall into the trap of mood swing when you do this.

Having adequate rest everyday will go a long way in boosting your mood and making your mind feel refreshed. Sleep also alleviates stress and anxiety, making you more relaxed.
