    T. vaginalitis and Candida Albican are the major protozoans that lead to foul smell of the female genital organ and the diseases caused are vaginalises and candidiases. The bacteria are normal flora but too much of it in the surface area to volume ratio is what leads to critical conditions such as abortion and acute pains. You can only take care of the genital layer with water and not chemical.
