Remember the six year old Chibok boy that recently had a surgery for spinal cord injuries he sustained during a Boko Haram attack? He has started school
Six-year-old Ali Ahmadu, who sustained spinal cord injuries while running with his mother during an attack by Boko Haram members in Chibok, Borno state in 2014, has started school. Ali was confined in a wheelchair for three years until last year when an NGO, Global Initiative for Peace, Love and Care, contacted him and facilitated his surgery in Dubai. He came back after a successful surgery in December 2017.
Ali started going to school this week. See more photos of him in his school uniform below
